About me
Hello! I'm Ruka, a gray folf! I'm a mechanical engineer by degree, and I work as an industrial controls engineer.
You can typically find me in my room coding, playing piano, messing with gears, or playing PC/Switch games. I play a lot of indie games and JRPG's with the occasional multiplayer game thrown in, and sometimes I participate in casual sim racing. I enjoy every chance I can get to be mountain biking, bouldering, skiing, or hanging out with friends.
I also have keen senses, which means I enjoy the finer details of things. I tend to be seen as amicable towards others, but I can be very shy sometimes, so don't be afraid to reach out!
I try to post what I'm up to on Bsky but I get busy and it's hard to remember...

Characteristcs
Ruka is a hybrid Eurasian wolf and fox. A Euarsian wolf is different from a North American one in that it has a narrower head, its ears are higher up, and its legs are longer. For the most part, he takes on the wolf features. The fox features of Ruka are visinble in the ears ad tail; the ears are large and pointy, while the tail is extra bushy. They're also visible in Ruka's personality: he is cunning and perceptive, and can move incredibly silently.
Ruka's overall body shape can be described as feminine, specifically that he has a thin waist but wide hips. He doesn't have very much muscle and is decently lean. He has a few small scars on the back of his paws, specifically around the fingers from paws-on mechanical work. His chest and neck areas have extra floofiness. The hair on his head is untidy and mid length.
For colors, Ruka's main body color is dark gray. His chest and upper legs are a lighter shade of gray. His chest floof and details on his face are close to white. The details around his body, which can be seen in the refsheet, are a reddish gray. His hair is a dark dirty blonde. The eyes are sky blue and his nose and paw pads are pink.
Personality
Ruka's demeanor is calm, confident, and observant, yet shy to new things. He gets easily excitable when he's with friends or doing something he loves. He might seem lazy, but he never fails takes care of responsibilities in a timely manner.
